It seems like when the people who live there get back from their hair salon Appointments or whatever they left for too do, is when they get back to the nursing home they''re not helping them with their Grocery bags or whatever they got back with their isn''t anyone who works at the nursing home who will help them out at all. It''s very frustrating that people are just that lazy nowadays when they think that they don''t have too work for their paychecks anymore after the Covid 19 Pandemic. They should fire those people because of their laziness and not working for their paychecks.

Management does do anything about staff harassment & racism from residents.🙃
I just started working here and everyone is so friendly and inviting. The staff here seem to really care about the residents that live here and there is a lot of support for new employees. I would definitely recommend working here.

I am sad that I can not write a good review! The upper management, nursing director, social workers, cleaning crew, dietary, are very good. With that being said follow through in regards to ongoing issues are just that, ongoing!!!! For 14 months there have been several issues but the biggest one has to do with showers. It''s been an uphill battle to ensure my loved one gets their scheduled shower. I probably call every other week because it doesn''t get done, or even offered. Not sure why this is such a problem and it''s very disheartening to see our elderly get neglected to this extent. Giving each person one or two weekly shower''s should not be this hard! Also, in my experience water is not given to resident''s often enough, I''m talking day''s! We make sure our loved one has snacks and bottled water within reach...how sad! I''m sharing publically because reaching out privately isn''t getting me anywhere. It all comes down to the caregivers....some are compassionate and provide good care. Some give adequate care. Then there are those who really should not be trusted with this vulnerable population. I''ve heard cruel and abusive remarks (they didn''t realize I was on the phone hearing the whole thing) which tells me they are in the wrong line of work. This was said to be the best facility.....yikes!

My stay here was the worst time of my life. Food was incredible, I wouldn''t feed it to my cat. Housekeeping is a joke. The traveling nurses don''t care about doing a good job because they know they''re getting paid no matter. Some of the staff seem to care but they are so outnumbered by the rest that it is truly pathetic. If this is considered one of the best facilities in the area I can''t even imagine what the other he''ll holes are like.
