The incompetence is outrageous! I relied on St Andrews because I''ve never dealt with nursing care or a dementia parent before, so this was all new to me. Justine made the experience nerve-wracking. It wasn''t just my mom''s care, but the need to take care of my hernia issue too. The level of frustration that Justine added to an already stressful situation was HORRIBLE. After eight months of impatiently waiting, my mom has still not been admitted. Within that time period, I was convinced that Justine didn''t have the experience needed to perform the tasks, and she completely lacked in communication skills. She failed to inform me of ANY rules or requirements (such as a financial paper trail) If she had, this ordeal could''ve gone smoothly and less time consuming for all involved. Since FEBRUARY 2022 Justine led us to believe that she was working hard with DHS/Medicaid to get my mom approved. EIGHT months into it, I got tired of leaving messages with no replies, so I phoned DHS to inquire the status. I was shocked when DHS had no contact with St Andrews and wasn''t requesting bank and credit card statements. Justine led us on and never bothered to inform me otherwise. We were kept in the dark, impatiently waiting and very frustrated. We didn''t receive any e-mails until 9/21/2022. Due to the lack of proper instructions, my mom was denied admittance. It took St Andrews only a mere 6 days to deny her. So, the question still remains; WHAT the heck did Justine do from FEB to SEPT?! However, I now see this as a blessing. If a meek 94 yr old lady is ignored like this before entering, what''s the treatment like once inside?! 10 months later and thanks to Justine''s incompetence, I''m forced to fly my mom to California to stay with my cousin, while I fly back to AR for my over-due surgery, then I fly back to CA, get my mom, and we fly back to AR again. What a nightmare!! In this case, I hope Karma will prevail. I left messages requesting the return of my mom''s documents and more than one message for Chad (the person in charge) but I''m not convinced he''ll even get my messages.

Great place to work, my coworkers are like family and we are always there for one another. We all love our residents as our own family as well. Currently working here, have worked here for 2.5 years now. No plans to go anywhere else any time soon
If you care about a loved one do not put them in this facility! This place is run by democrats. It only took me 2 weeks of working there to see this. Completely horrible conditions for the residents!
my brother is there currently and his meals are always cold and has had his personal belongings gone threw by staff I called and wanted to know why and that it should be addressed and the person i spoke with was very rude.
My brother was a resident here, he passed away a year ago. He has a credit balance on his account that I have been trying to get sent to me (I''m his only family and was paying his bill) for over 2 months. My brother was a resident here, he passed away a year ago. He has a credit balance on his account that I have been trying to get sent to me (I''m his only family and was paying his bill) for over 2 months. I have talked to the business manager who never got anything done and has since left, I talked to the new business manager who was SUPPOSED to have notified "the office" a month ago but still haven''t heard anything!! I''ve called numerous times and she''s either not there or doesn''t answer the phone, I leave messages but nobody ever calls back.
