The dietary department always make sure I get what I ordered and offer alternative meals if I don'' like what''s on the menu. The administrator, ...
I am a patient here at Springwood Center and the staff is great. The CNA''s and nurses are caring, and treat me with respect. They take good care of me. The dietary department always make sure I get what I ordered and offer alternative meals if I don'' like what''s on the menu. The administrator, Laura came in to meet me and saw I was struggling with the remote control and she ordered me a new one to make it easier for me. The rehab department is great also. I am so glad I chose Springwood to come for my therapy and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and administration. I recommend Springwood for anyone who needs rehab or LTC.

They deserve 0 stars. My uncle was here only for a week & they neglected him terribly. Left him in his feces and he developed bed sores. He was also having heart attack symptoms for over an hour but the staff didn’t want to call an ambulance?! Thank God he’s out of this place. Stay FAR away from...
