No A/C in the summer with a heat advisory in 2022. Forcing residents to sit in a hot activity room. Unprofessional staff. Nurses taking A/c from common room from residents to use in their personal office. When weather hits over 90 for over 4 days. This is unacceptable.
I will say this... they''re going down&will be Responsible for my.... experience Negligence.... etc. The so,called administrator??? Will answer for the result of My well documented Experience there.
This place seemed friendly for what it is. I went to visit with a friend and everyone I encountered there was polite and friendly.healthcare workers are special people .
