Not happy with the care my niece is getting, this place is terrible, they have rats I''ve been told and I could go on and on..I can''t wait to get her out of there. Health dept needs to be called asap! There short handed so that makes it even worse ;(
This place is completely HORRIBLE!!! I can''t wait for my brother to get out of there. I hate visiting him in this place. It''s always dirty, b it smells, the food looks bad, the staff never knows anything, they keep him soiled for a long time. It''s exhausting!!!!!

My Aunt was placed in this facility in October for rehab. There was an allegation of abuse towards my aunt that a CNA threw her in the bed and hurt her ankle. My Aunt was placed in this facility in October for rehab. There was an allegation of abuse towards my aunt that a CNA threw her in the bed and hurt her ankle. There was another instance where my aunt called for assistance to be changed and she was left soiled for several hours sitting in her own feces. My aunt passed away at this place on Christmas Eve. My family went to speak with the DON today. The DON lied and said she was going to get the DON and called the police. She stated that she is refusing to speak with anyone in our family. How are you the DON and we just lost our loved one, suddenly and you are refusing yo speak with us about what happened. We have so many questions without resolutions. If the DON doesn’t care, then you obviously know that the staff doesn’t care either. Ava Echols is the DON. Please for the sake of your loved ones, don’t put them here. I have several photos of this place and the negligence that was observed on the night we went into the facility to see my aunt for the last time. Her name wasn’t even on her room door! This place is sad. We just want answers that’s all! I only gave 1 star so I could make this post!!!
