Five months and still counting. I have been trying to have a landline installed in my mothers room through Spectrum. I have spent hours on the phone. I find in incredulous that phone lines are not available in the resident’s rooms. Trying to get elderly people to use a cell phone is outrageous when they are legally blind. I have contacted corporate office twice and have yet to hear from anyone AT corporate office. Absurd.

When I told her it was a personal choice to not get it yet she said ok well this was a waste of her time because she wasn’t gonna go any further with the hiring process, then hung up on me. If I’m not mistaken isn’t this a company discriminating against me for a personal choice?
