Solea Lewisville was a nice place. It's brand new. They just opened up a particular wing. It had all the nice appliances. I had a walk-through with the lady and I couldn't find anything wrong with it other than I've lived in my house for 25 years and I accumulated quite a few things over that 25 years and I wouldn't be able to get everything in there. That's for sure. The rooms had a drawback or two. The master bath did not have a tub, but the second bedroom had a tub. I would think that the master bedroom should have the shower and tub combo and the other bedroom should have just the shower. All appliances are built-in like the refrigerator, washer, dryer, and microwave. They were all supplied. It's a 55+ community. There are no meals. In the center complex, everything being brand new, it was in perfect condition. They only had 2 or 3 rooms available at the time that I was there, which was earlier this month, and I couldn't get a first-floor apartment, so I had to choose a third-floor. The base price was quoted, but then when you started adding up carport or garage, dogs or pets, it was ka-ching, ka-ching (although they were reasonably priced with others that I had tried). I went to 2 or 3 others and they were all equally priced and most of them added the amenities after you agreed upon everything. I didn't necessarily approve of their carpet in the bedrooms, but I understand why because of the sound effects for the people underneath you or above you. However, if you're going to have dogs, carpet is not the way to go. The lady was wonderful. They lost my paperwork for several days. When she came back to work, they found the paperwork, but it was locked up in a safe and the others didn't know about it or something. They had outdoor grills that you could use and they also had a community stove inside where they occasionally have catered meals or you could cook for several people downstairs, so you wouldn't have to use your own kitchen. They have a nice facility downstairs.

Solea Lewisville was new. It was very nice and they were very professional. It was brand new. There were no complications with it and they were only about a quarter full because they just opened in April or March. It had all the bells and whistles. It was very clean. They had all kinds of nice things for people. It just didn't work out for me time-wise. The room was very nice. The staff was very nice and very professional. They don't serve food there. They have a swimming pool. It was very modern. I had no problems with the place. The place was beautiful. It had golfing areas and areas where you can go to movies. It was very nice.
