Just to visit.
Best. Place. Ever. And we have been everywhere. My dad is 84. This place is superb.
My mom was recently there for almost 4 weeks after a hospital stay. It honestly was a much better experience than I had anticipated. I visited often. At fist almost everyday and about 4 times a week.

I’ll first thank you all whom chose the healthcare field as there career, but most importantly thank you for caring for my grandfather❤️ Room that he had was great view, roomy, very comfy mini sofa and own closet with his own bathroom amazing window view to get God light in 🙏 very important for the healing process! Roomy to the idea of a living room the room way. Only complaint about the room was the bed (very dated beds and the oldest style of hospital bed very uncomfortable (he slept in the chair in his room most nights while he was there) and the wall behind the bed with the scratches and scuff on it from the bed hitting and little dented up. From the transfer from the hospital to facility the process fast efficient with transport included. His first official day at the facility I went up to see him and take him his belongings,I walked to his room and they had in isolation room for the first day for precaution reasoning and there I found on his door the carry with PPE and there was the nurse AND the Tech USED DIRTY full of GERMS hanging on the catty amongst the clean items of PPE and there were no more gowns in PPE the bag was empty, so I walked down to the nurses station to advise the nurses that I needed a gown, she then asked me “if your just dropping his stuff of , do you really have to go in the room” and rolls her eyes and turns to the closet where the lady was standing and asked her to give me a bag of gowns, and the nurse beside said “she does not need a gown , patient if off of isolation- NO COVID-19 all that time wasted very unprofessional and I was given attitude and as if I didn’t need to see my grandfather. I handled that better than I normally would have with all the stress we had been through for 2-3 weeks already PRIOR. Grandfather said there was a extremely bad and lazy night shift that denied him of anything like drinks he asked for, and attitude walking away out of the room as he was still talking, didn’t want to wash his clothes told him oh it’s not working!! Night shift made him so upset at times pushing nurse button and for hours nobody ever came he would text me throughout the night telling me up until I went to bed. So sad. The director was GREAT she handled his discharge , and got everything I asked for and I got it all the next day of wanting it. Sincerely , Molly L .

My time at Solaris was great! I spent six weeks this time at Solaris. I was recovering from a revision knee surgery which I had an infection. The staff was caring, loving. The nurses prayed for me, informed me in regards to my treatment and kept me comfortable. I want to thank all the nurses, therapists, CNA, and the activities director Ms. Rebecca for making my six weeks enjoying, and wonderful. The staff made my weeks go by fast and easy. Thank you making the worst weeks to my best time at Solaris. See you in four weeks for my last surgery. Tish Petrus-Byron
