DO NOT send your loved ones to this place…!!! This place NEEDS to be shut down ASAP…!!! Michelle is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have heard staff yelling at the residents, I have heard staff tell a lady that she wasn’t going to change her wet undergarments because she changed her twice...
DO NOT send your loved ones to this place…!!! This place NEEDS to be shut down ASAP…!!! Michelle is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have heard staff yelling at the residents, I have heard staff tell a lady that she wasn’t going to change her wet undergarments because she changed her twice already on her shift. I have seen call lights stay on for over 20mins. before it was answered, there was a lady that fell and was left on the floor while blood was gushing out of her head, a man came in to visit his mom only to be told she passed away the night before and nobody called him. He walked into his mom’s room only to find an empty, stripped down bed. Solaris called the funeral home to pick up her body but couldn’t call her son. Animals get treated better at the Humane Society than the residents of Solaris. I don’t understand HOW this place is still open especially with lawsuits against them for neglect, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, the list goes on and on. Thanks to public information I wanted to warn everyone to stay clear of this hell they call a “facility”. It’s more of a death row.

The only option is to be transferred to a nurse or nursing station and they can take a cell phone to your family member. What!?...and half the time no one even answers the call or you''re conveniently hung up on! THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. EVERY PATIENT SHOULD HAVE A PHONE IN THEIR ROOM FOR LOVED ONES TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY. Also, the carpet is always dirty, especially in A wing.
