Worked here through an Agency to help this nursing home, we were without equipment to care for individuals. No large or medium gloves were provided, individuals had no cleaning equipment and As a CNA we were told by nursing staff to share wipe packages from room to room, not only did we run out but this was a very Unsanitary condition and extreme health concern. We also had problems with other equipment and were told to lift individuals without equipment even if it hurt an individual because the battery was dead on the machine. Some Residents were not given dinner until 9:30pm and others were at 8:32pm. I was personally not ok with the situation and therefore concerned, I reported it to my Agency and made sure it was noted as I will not return to this place.

From the beginning of mom''s stay at Smoky Hill, I felt she was safe and well-cared for! The care plan meeting of staff members was an integral part of the communication between staff, and for the family to understand how everything works! ❤️ The nurses were awesome at relieving mom''s pain , the PT staff were excellent and mom''s strength improved so much every week she was there. I want to thank everyone there from housekeeping. Laundry, dietary, nursing, and nurse''s aide help! I wouldn''t hesitate to use Smoky Hill again in the future!

The staff here is amazing. The all work hard and together from management to floor staff everyone is a team!!!
Disappointed! They have run out of my mom''s pain meds twice (consecutive weeks). When you call for help, you often have to go find them (usually all having a smoke break at the same time).
