One person puts phone down and walks away (I can hear them), next transfers me to the wrong unit and finally get transferred to the right (?) unit…no one picks up. I’m certainly not against visiting, but a simple phone conversation would also suffice, like normal folks do..?

Dad came to Skyview while all the Covid craziness was happening. My sisters and I live out of state which made us nervous but the case worker at Midstate Hospital recommended Skyview. We are so thankful to them for that! Dad recovered so nicely and the team at Skyview kept us informed the entire time. We did virtual visits with Dad and he was always happy and smiling. We were honestly blown away by the level of care and compassion the entire team at Skyview had. They were such a blessing. We are forever grateful! Kudos to you all!
