Awful management. Poorly staffed, patient care is obsolete, supplies are no where to be found, management does no care to give people a heads up when shifts are cancelled, patient ratio is very unsafe, techs do not do their job.
Have worked here since 2007 and love the family atmosphere of our building.
I have been an employee for 4+ years. All the staff had been very friendly and hard working. The other caregivers have made me feel at home. I am happy to be part of the team to make our elders feel at home and make their time enjoyable while they are here.
I have worked at SHC of Erin for 5 going on 6 years now as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and I love my job and the atmosphere I work in daily with the residents. We are all a family here and care for everyone like they are our family.
I''m very upset,my sister was there in December 2020 they lost her teeth now she has none,lost her phone,her clothes and shoes!!! Never did get back with us!!!!!!
