My mother was on bed pan for hours with no help. You can’t call main number with emergency help no one answer. Very frustrating when your love one is crying on the line and you can’t get her help. Horrible

My grandmother was staying there for Rehab and to be honest it''s really sad how the nurses are there don''t get me wrong some nurses were super sweet and helpful while others were very rude anytime my family would ask questions about what was going on it bothered them and nothing but attitude was given like she literally turned her face on me it''s very disappointing especially knowing that these are elderly people who need a little more special attention the lady that was rude Yanet Moral disappointing They don''t even help you take them to the car or help put them in a wheelchair to leave once a nurse that was walking by seen us struggling helped us we will be reporting this place to the state.Also her belongings went missing

The location is great! The staff here continues to be attentive and understanding to our family’s needs. Our loved one is comfortable here at her second home. The staff works as team and includes family in the resident’s care.
