Very poor service! They did not give the care my mom needed. She continued to get UTI’s and they still did not change her on a regular basis. She has been left 4 plus hours without being changed. Had to fight with them and bring in complete medicine list and still not giving her exactly what she w...
Very poor service! They did not give the care my mom needed. She continued to get UTI’s and they still did not change her on a regular basis. She has been left 4 plus hours without being changed. Had to fight with them and bring in complete medicine list and still not giving her exactly what she was taking. Not happy at all. It’s exhausting having a parent in the rest home much less having to keep a close eye on them to do their jobs.
