I have been a visitor as Sierra Vista numerous times and every visit has been a delight. From the minute you walk in the front door it feels like a home. Courtney, the administrator has chosen people for her team that really compliment each other and you can tell they are there for the right reasons....to take care of the residents. That speaks volumes for the type of leader that she is. The building is very clean and the residents that greet you always have a smile.on their faces and you can tell they are well taken care of. I highly recommend Sierra Vista to take care of your loved ones when families can no longer face the challenges of declining health issues and need help with the transition into the next stages of their lives. Kudos to the entire team at Sierra Vista and the administrator Courtney for the compassion they have for all their residents.

My brother, who has been there for three years, has tested positive and is symptomatic for Covid-19. I was contacted Tuesday, 12/8/2020 and was told he was being transported to a local hospital, but the person who I was talking to didn''t know which one. Then I got a call the next day to update me on his condition and found out he was back in the facility. Then Friday I got a call to go over his living will, his final requests, etc...pretty serious, right?...and I haven''t heard from anyone since and they haven''t answered the phone in the last four days. They are terrible at keeping families informed on a regular basis and in this time of covid, they are failing miserably.
