Ivy Park at Roseville was one of the nicest places as far as brightness, cleanliness, and general appeal. They have one of the best menus, too, and they were very proud of their food (which was an important thing to my dad). The residents all seemed very happy and very healthy, vibrant people. When we asked them how they enjoyed living there, they all had positive things to say. When we asked them what they do for fun, they all had several answers. They have lots of things to do for entertainment and activity. The price was a little on the high side, but not prohibitively. It was still at the same ballpark price as most of the other places in the area and they had the most care and amenities included in the price.

It is a place where you go in as independent living and you don't have to move out of your apartment if you need assisted living. The room has a tea kitchen. It is a place where you go in as independent living and you don't have to move out of your apartment if you need assisted living. The room has a tea kitchen. It just has a sink and a counter space, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They have washers and dryers and they have cleaning every week. They provide all of your food and they have some programs and movies and happy things to do. They have a gym and a beauty shop. It's very small. There are only 115 or 120 residents. There were studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom and they're small, but that's fine. The staff was wonderful, energetic, and has all the information. She was very good. The food was good.
