I have worked at SMP - St. Raphael for nearly 45 years. I have had great grandparents, all my grandparents and my father live here and many other family and neighbors. They were always taken care of with love and compassion and I never had to worry about them. As someone with no higher education I have always been paid well and respected for my worth. I have now worked with 5 different administrators all with different leadership approaches but every one of them always had the residents and employees in their sights with every decision they had to make. No where is perfect but this facility is as close as it gets!!
Read moreKinda sad when the administrator has to weigh in on the ratings of this horrible place, his name is Craig Christianson. The people that are caring for the residents on the floor, are at this time being over worked. Just an observation.
Staff are rude to patients and management are rude. Residents dont get the attention they need. Staff just dont care.
