I seriously almost picked my mother up and took her out of there myself before I convinced the nurse that she needed to go back to the ER because she needed such extensive care that their staff couldn''t handle. I''ve heard awful things and as soon as I stepped foot in there I almost cried. My mother''s bed didn''t even work to help her sit up and she wasn''t given anything to do. I had to bring a TV for her. I heard an employee say "I''m gonna start reporting s###" and I was absolutely horrified. I don''t know how that place is still standing and I feel awful for anyone thinking their family member is being taken good care of there.
