I love Portside. The leadership & staff care very much for their residents & patients. Every time I went inside, it was always cleaned, and smelled good. I highly recommend Portside Health & Rehab Center, in Portsmouth, VA.

Well my wife was moved there from Maryview ER. I called and asked for info on visiting amongst other questions and received answers that satisfied me completely. So far everyone has been attentive and actually showed me they cared about their service. My wife says the food is good which is a big plus, The OT and PT gent is helpful and cares about his work according to her. So no complaints from us.

They NEVER answer the phones and when we finally do get through, the staff is oblivious about everything, and we''re still left with unanswered questions and constant worries. They schedule zoom meetings for us to see our mom and they never show up. They make promises to try to appease us, but never follow through. On top of all of that there is a thief on staff stealing our mother''s property!
