Overall the quality of the staff is good, although the staff is running two buildings simultaneously, which puts a little bit of a strain on them and stretches them thin. They could improve on cleaning the outside of the building better, and the person that runs the facility could be a little more friendly. The maintenance team and staff members are very friendly, but the one who runs it can be a little challenging.
