While driving North bound on 135 near McPherson a transport vehicle with the name and phone number of this company on it transporting a resident in a wheel chair, passed us going well over the speed limit. She proceeded to change lands before clearing our vehicle, I laid down on the horn when she began to change lanes and she did not acknowledge me even though seconds before she had just passed my large SUV. If I had not gone into the ditch to avoid being hit we would of been in an accident. Not very careful drivers while transporting their residents.
