Seasons Place is where my brother was. The best thing about it was the staff. They were incredibly kind and friendly. They took very good care of my brother and were very quick to be in touch with me if there was a problem. The staff was welcoming and they showed a lot of patience with my brother who can be difficult. I had lunch there. Considering they're cooking for so many people, it was very good. They offered game time. They had facilities for him to go to. They had a physical therapy room there. They did field trips out for those who were able. They had a nice garden, and in nice weather people could go out and work and plant things and enjoy the garden. They had a lot of activities. It was a very nice place.

My husband's uncle moved into Seasons Place. I feel like they're very supportive, and they do their job well. We chose it because it was in the same price range as the others that we talked to. It is a nice central for families to visit him. His room is a good, decent-sized room. There's plenty of room for him. It has chairs and a table. He hasn't complained about the food, so it must be decent. He doesn't go to the dining room. They have different activities and groups. They can go outside and sit in the fresh air. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's very expensive, but it's a very nice building. They have a lot of amenities he could enjoy.

He's got a private room with an attached bathroom and it's large. They have activities like bingo and other things. There is also a library and he has already had his haircut once at the salon.
Read morePoorly managed. Don’t care. If you want to dump your loved one, write a fat check and not care what happens to them, this place is perfect. The quality is not what it used to be. Be aware. Save yourself the heartache if you love your family member and make another choice.

I visited Seasons Place in Lewisburg, I went to see independent living. I like that the apartment had two different rooms in it. I liked having the bedroom separate from the living area and that's the only part of it I saw. The kitchen with the appliances was nice and it was well-kept. The grounds look better than the ones in my house right now. The person I spoke to has moved on to another job and the person who took her place was just as nice, understanding, and just as welcoming as the first one. The activities seem varied too. I'm just not somebody who would get into group activities.

There have been significant changes in the management governing this facility. A year ago I would have highly recommended this facility, but I can no longer do that. I regret my decision. The facility is only as good as its leadership and poor management affects the morale of staff and residents. This facility has become stressed under the new leadership from the way the phone is answered all the way through care plans. If you are reading this, you are getting ready to make a huge decision. The stress doesn't end with placement of your loved one. If your loved one becomes angry and distanced from you, you are depending on the people to keep you informed. I hope to be able to say good things about this facility again if management is improved.
