Lux is the best rehab facility that we have come across I''m so glad it is in our neighborhood my husband''s mother has needed help quite a bit and Lux is the only place we''ll take her to now they care about your family members and it really shows I''ve been to places where if they can they stub their nose up at you this place is not like that they listen to you I called to ask about her getting her hair done and it''s going to be done as soon as possible that makes her feel good anything that makes her feel good makes everything all right Lux is just a great place to have to put your family member thank you

I am currently at Seaside. I have witnessed and experienced neglect, emotional abuse from some staff. People ignored at times simply asking for WATER. Staff, three stood at nurses station discussing who does what job while I only wanted water. One person another time completely ignored me several times. I only said, excuse me, can I have water. Three times she passed me, sat at a computer and said "when I have time." It would have tak n only seconds. Later, passed me in the hall and started laughing. I asked her name THREE times before she gave it. Since other employees were there, she finally gave it. She did not wear a name tag. Two young women, also not wearing name tags came in my room, said they were taking vitals for the nurse.
