This is the absolute worse place for anyone. We moved my mom yesterday as quickly as we possibly could for her own peace of mind, health and safety. She did have 3 wonderful caring nurses Julianne, Jefferson, and Alyssa. As well as some who were far from professional. Julie whom is an RN should not even be in this field of work. She refused to read my moms medical chart to see how deaf my mom was .(you really have to yell in her ear) On the night of the 25th she was the RN on near my mom, I was a wreck to leave and question my moms safety from her. Fortunately I spotted one of my moms favorite after having 2 other employees apologize to me as I was walking out of building and they had seen and heard how unprofessional she (Julie) was. This nurse (RN) is extremely in the wrong place to work. From the moment my mom arrived, barely any communication on her care there ,therapy etc) Phones don''t work. Cell service barely. Don''t ask for extra bedding, it won''t happen. We had to take her blankets from home so she would be warm as she is always cold. We got her to take her medicine explaining what they were. We got her ready for bed. We tended to her bathroom trips at night getting her settled. We had to wait 3 days before communication with administration. Jess was great. Polite ,professional and pleasant. Director of nursing, met was pleasant. But really needs to look a little closer on staffing and ,professionalism, as well as safety of patients. Having staff on at night front desk coverage. Maybe even should consider working some nights. We the family of my mom felt so bad for others questioning the care and safety . After learning the night of the 25th and previous nights we decided to get my mom out as quickly as possible for her health, peace of mind and most of all her safety. Do not send your family member here. Do not close the door on your family member being safe. We were receiving late night text messages when some would come thru and some wouldn''t begging us to get her out of this location. We read reviews and really should of disregarded the hospital recommendations. where my mom wanted to go was not avail. Yesterday we succeeded to get her moved to the place she wanted. She is much happier and we as her family feel she is a lot safer and will get the care she needs. Protect your family. If you have to send your family to this location, make sure your there a majority of time with your family. And ask for Julianne she is amazing, Alyssa who is an aide and Jefferson. They are truly godsend. Your family needs to be protected from the ones who are not caring or care about the safety of your loved ones. As a reminder don''t be fooled. Julie who is an RN is in the wrong line of work. There are only 2 people with that name there. Julie (RN) And Julianne and Julianne is the best amazing caring person you could meet. Try getting a family member discharged: we left with no paperwork to take my mom to a different safe location, the new place has been dealing with as much stress as we have been dealing with. POA they don''t follow here . They don''t communicate. They don''t follow the laws. We were very disappointed in this location. Please advice I can give is don''t send your love one here.

Don’t let the manicured/well landscaped grounds, large single rooms and a big bathroom fool you. My mother was admitted for physical therapy due to having very little mobility after a 3 week stay in the hospital. Patients are supposed to get 3.5 hours of rehab whereas she receives 30 minutes a day… with NO therapy on Saturdays and Sundays due to no staffing. As for this week she has NOT received any, any, physical therapy Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday (4 days). You can’t call your place a “Rehabilitation Center” when you don’t provide any. It is more of a nursing home. With regards to their staffing, there is one or two CNs who throw things at my mom and tell her to do it herself. Thus at a woman who can’t walk, bathe or use the bathroom by herself. My mom came from the hospital after battling pneumonia for three weeks at age 84. Apparently as things were thrown at her from the CNs they would say, “you do it you’re only in here for pneumonia”. Im pulling her out against doctors order tomorrow (Tuesday). To keep her there to get verbally and physically abused with no (reason why she’s there) physical therapy would be a death sentence.

Do not send your loved one here, especially if they are elderly or otherwise vulnerable. They were unprofessional and there was one CNA who was mean and abusive to my 89 year old mother, and although several complaints were made, nothing was done, right up to the day we pulled her out of there. With a fractured spine, they made her leave her room to sit out in the hallway for 2 1/2 hours with a fractured spine

My mother left here with a brain bleed and cracked skull. The night it happened, I received a phone call from staff who told me that she "did not hit her head." Further investigation led to a different staff member telling me, "Ok, I''ll tell you the truth. We were passing trays and she fell." I reported them to the state. They should be thoroughly investigated for neglect and abuse.
