Very clean & respectful staff. They are so helpful & pleasant. My sister in law needed therapy, recovering from surgery. They work hard to get you back to good health & home again. There are some patients who are permanent residents.

The reason this facility gets rave reviews is they keep the place super clean and they are on top of bed sores and infections,other then that it is a death sentence for most ,put is basically non existent ,the bells in the rooms for help go unattended and make it impossible for any patient to get proper sleep,most employees in nursing seem to work 2 and 3 jobs so when you surprise visit at 2am you find staff sleeping.There are some positives they do have plenty of activities and some of the day staff go above and beyond ,but this place is smoke and mirrors they know how to get over the inspections , appearance means everything to pencil pushers who come during business hours and do not see the whole picture.I arrived here for a visit at 3:45 4th floor and the bells have not stopped and there is limited staff it is now 5:25 ,you make your own judgement

My Father in law is in the surgical section of this nasty treading hospital and they are treading him terribly. He just had surgery and he’s an 85 year old man and the staff in this section is terrible and treading him very badly. He asked for a blanket and no one listened to him and he even asked to use the bathroom and they left him there until, unfortunately did it on himself. When we asked to see the head nurse, she was more nastier then her staff. This is very unacceptable. This section needs improvement and people skills and patience for these sick old people. If they can’t do their job, they should be moved from tho section 😡😞

Worst place on earth to send your love ones the only reason why I gave it 2 stars are because of the nurses but the doctors are incompetent never try to hear your concerns or even care about their patients

Food is good . Very clean place.aids are kind hearted and my Mom loved them so much especially Enga , Sharon and Grace . Nurses are so good and doctors too . I highly recommend this place to anyone cares about his family members very much its so safe place for your loved ones and even for their belongings
