Friendly and respectful and treated my daughter really well
Worst hospital anyone can send their loved ones to, they are very prejudice towards Native Americans.
They are the best clinic in town
This is my opinion of this hospital. I PERSONALLY would NOT recommend this hospital as a FIRST choice of care for my loved ones. Their attention to detail seems to be lacking. Definitely seek a second opinion from a different facility if you must allow your loved ones to be seen here.
God forbid the emergency room have to provide care for a person needing 24hr monitoring for a suicide watch. Last night (Jan. 16 2020) I had the most unprofessional experience with the nurse on duty. God forbid the emergency room have to provide care for a person needing 24hr monitoring for a suicide watch. Last night (Jan. 16 2020) I had the most unprofessional experience with the nurse on duty. Very unprofessional. The nurse was upset for having to find employees to come in and care for a person that in her own words "didn''t need to be here." Also, don''t be surprised if the EMERGENCY ROOM doors are locked at 8pm.
Read moreThis hospital does a great job of taking care of their patients. They have plenty of nurse’s aides which makes it quick to get your needs fulfilled. They are owned by Sanford’s so they are able to transfer you to Sioux Falls, if need be. I trust their doctors and care.
