It was a horrible experience. The room was filthy. She was neglected. The unit she was placed on smelled awful. Removed her on day 8 thank God.

She went in with a fractured ankle, and because of lack of caring she finally started straddling a trash can to go to the bathroom! She had a non-weight cast on. She was not bathed, nor had her clothes changed in eight days. Would never recommend this place!!

While I don’t have family in this nursing home. I did apply for the job. From what I was told it seemed great. But as I was looking around, everything was dirty. Staff were on their phones. Most of the patients wouldn’t even say anything or get out of their bed. I did get the job but since the staff is so poorly done, they never got in contact with me or even tried for that matter. They said they needed help yet let two people go. They simply don’t want to do their job. It’s sad.

My very good friend was in your rehab facility as a patient recently. she was very unhappy there. your food was terrible and your care was terrible. You can do better than that. you didn’t take care of her. when she called on her call light, she had to wait for quite a while (seemed like hours) for you guys to answer. Meds were delivered late or missed entirely. Food was delivered lukewarm. You had rude people there to work with her. And, worst of all, she never got the therapy she originally was sent there for. Very very disappointing!
