March 1, 2022 My friend was there for leg issues for rehab. A bunch of patients got COVID-19. Her roommate was exposed on Sunday and they didn’t move her out of the room until Thursday. By then my friend had 4 days of exposure! She now tested Positive on Friday! They should have moved the woman out of the room onSunday when they realized she was exposed. They waited until Thursday when the woman tested positive for COVID. They could have prevented my friend from getting COVID. My friend is 81 years old is frightened! The staff does not communicate with her and just moved her to back of the facility. Stay out of this death trap!

This place is horrible. I went to visit my uncle on Sunday and found his unable to move in his bed and crying for help. I hour before I arrived with my mom the nurses hung up on my mom when she asked to talk to her brother. We decided to go there and see him. When we went to the door they said we couldn''t visit because visiting hours have changed because of COVID. We asked to see the change in writing then they let us in. Without signing or a temp check. When we went into his room that''s when we found him crying out for help and said he had been this way for over an hour.
