I worked here and this place is complete trash, the staff are mistreated and management has clear favoritism towards the Filipino employees, basically if you''re not Filipino you''re gonna have a bad time working here, I started learning tagalog just so I can work more efficiently here only to find out the predominantly Filipino staff talks bad about the other employees, management excludes staff from planning and discussions by speaking in their own language only to surprise the staff abruptly, work is distributed unevenly and the mismanagement leads to a false sense of urgency, during state inspections they sweep everything under the rug and pretend they''re doing everything according to state standards, employees are motivated by fear of being punished and never rewarded for any extra effort, do not bring your loved ones here.
