Sage Mountain Senior Living is a very nice, very clean, and well-staffed place. It's got a great view and it's very well run. They're also very helpful. We can call up anytime and ask if we can get a hold of our dad, and they just go find him with no problem. He got a studio, but they also have double occupancy rooms. It's new and there's a game room, a pool table, a movie theater, an exercise room, a courtyard, and outings all the time. They had a New Year's Eve party, decorations for Christmas, and celebrated everything with everybody. They have very good food, too.

We're interested in the Sage Mountain Senior Living. I love Sage Mountain. It's beautiful. The people there are so nice. They're so understanding and they were very thorough with all my questions. They're always there if I have a question and need to call them; the communication is fantastic. Everything there was clean, it's new, and very accommodating. When you walk in it, you just get a friendly vibe right away. It's a place where I definitely would put my mom and feel comfortable knowing she's safe. When I did meet there and take a tour, I was given some samples of some pumpkin bread, and everything was fantastic, fresh, tasty, very clean. I would definitely recommend the food.

Sage Mountain is a very clean community with excellent care services. The director on the memory care side really showed off her deep knowledge and care taking skills for those who struggle with mental decline. She really understood all the different ways to care for the residents as individuals. The end of life process at Sage Mountain was very difficult, but everyone there was amazing. They handling everything in such a professional manor and we are hands down just very thankful for them. The meals and dining service is beyond 5 stars, it was like hotel gourmet absolutely wonderful quality food. They have activities, but given the circumstances with covid and trying to build of there level of staffing sometimes it was a struggle but the activities director still kept all the residents as engaged as possible. The situation is out of their hands, but they continued to make the most of it. Sage Mountain is a beautiful facility, with uplifting staff members, and a great value for the money.

Melissa in sales is so kind and knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on where to get furniture . Vicki in the moving team attention to detail was amazing . The team in memory care truly cares about each person there . My mom has improved since moving there . She has friends , she moves around much more than at home and she eats better . It’s a win -win .
