9/16/22 Visited my friend today. Staff was so helpful and very nice. No oders in any area that we were in. Everything appeared to be in order. No complaints.
Helpful and ''hands on'' management! They take time to know the PEOPLE that come thru the doors. Thankful for a place that our Mom can call home🏡 Clean facility, nicely decorated , CARING staff.
Our mom was admitted on Aug 10. There were a few bugs to work out, as the hospital (in Orlando) didn''t communicate very well. After a couple of days of speaking to the staff, our mom is on her way to a pleasant experience here at Ruleme-Opis Senior Care. The staff are attentive and very compassionate, you don''t see that in many places. They listen to your concerns and do their very best to alleviate any you might have. We are fortunate to have found them as a new home for our mom. The facility is clean. The food looks good and smells great. We are very happy to recommend them to anyone that is looking for long term placement. Thanks again Ruleme-Opis Senior Care.
