The staff was very attentive. Bryan who does PT had amazing insights and helped me work around a very hard situation. The food is ok. Not gourmet but it is calories that help you heal and I was thankful every meal was a good portion unlike a previous nursing home. Never had a problem with meds or having to call because they were there on time every time. Felt very secure and looked after. All in all Royal Falmouth was a very good experience. I''m glad I did my rehab there.

Father was placed here for a week. Management forgot about him for 3 hours at intake, took his belongings and stored them in a corner for three days without saying anything. You cant get a hold of case management or upper management to resolve problems. Frequently doesnt include family members in treatment meetings or updates. Nursing was great though.

While they did a great job of taking care of mother while she was there, when the insurance company wouldn''t pay anymore sent her home with absolutely no care pre-established. She needs continued rehab for her leg and is at this very moment is lying in bed not really able to move because no physical therapist is able to come out to help her. It was we can''t keep her, here you go and good luck. Who cares that she can''t walk. Home care and rehab should have been set up before she was released, ready to go. Instead we are getting denials and sorrys everywhere we turn to. How is she supposed to get better if no one will help her. My God how we treat our elderly! It''s all a numbers game, never about the lives.
