Following my mom''s stroke, we selected Ross Memorial Health Care Center after extensive research and prayer. I am very grateful for the care and attention she has received at Ross. Ross has been blessed with several caring, attentive, and loving people on staff (Nurse BeBe, Nurse Mercy, NP Marissa, PT personnel, Transportation Professional - Ms. Star, Al (yoga), Morgan (CMA) - just to name a few). The highlight of our time at Ross is most certainly the Patient Concierge, Darlene! She has been available for all questions and requests. Further, she checks in daily and provides feedback to families as needed on their loved ones. Her joyful spirit truly helps while patients and families are going through difficult times. Thank you, Ms. Darlene, for everything!
Read moreMy husband has been here about two weeks for physical therapy and so far so good. Their PT gym has all the necessary equipment. Also they offer chair exercises every day as an activity. Combine the two and you have a winning program.
