Great management team with some very caring and compassionate nurse''s and cnas.
Wouldn''t ever trust coming here. Their nurse Rebecca steals!!!!!! Not sure I''d ever want to leave my family in a place where the staff steals. I''d hate to see what they do to your beloved family members.

I have worked here twice. First time med techs and nurses would try to get to pass meds for them. An I got bullied at 30 years old like it was high school by all the young people. One refused to let me chart to learn, a the others were sweet if they wanted help but wouldn’t help you. Speaking as a CNA position. The worst experience of my life. A not to mention I have seen the one that was the rudest saying how great it is there on the reviews. I wouldn’t trust this place
Read moreconstantly short staffed, not fair to the residents. management treats their employees awful.
In October 2020 I was admitted to Ross Manor where I stayed for about 2 1/2 months . Place was clean staff was very friendly and caring . The food Well let’s just say you were lucky if it was hot or even warm when you got it. That is the only bad thing about Ross Manor ..
