This place is disgusting. Can’t tell if you’re walking in pee or juice. They don’t clean their residents or the facility.
The staff was great my grandmother looks like she in good hands
I don''t recommend this facility for anyone....
I thought the staff was friendly and helpful, lobby looked Halloween festive

My father felI in his home and broke three vertebrae. After spending a week in the hospital immobilized with a tortoise shell brace he was sent to River Crossing for rehab in hopes he could return to his home. The amazing staff took such good care of him he was actually happy there. The respect for his autonomy made him able to maintain his dignity which made him work harder with the amazingly skilled, wonderful therapist and he was able to heal at an amazing pace. He has been in 2 other rehab facilities over the past 2 years and this is the ONLY place he felt safe and not neglected!! He actually enjoyed the food which is saying a lot! He can''t remember names but he wants me to Express his gratitude for the "sweet young girls" (Nurses, CNA''s etc) who made him laugh, took time to hear his stories, used his "nickname " and made him very comfortable during his stay. I want to thank you all for the exceptional Care of my father. It is people like you that give health care workers a good name.
