The staff who toured us around Rosehaven Manor was nice and friendly. She was very nice to me and my niece who was with me. The facility was kind of small for me, but it was nice. The room had a stove and refrigerator. It was very clean and they kept it up well. The layout was average.
I felt that Rosehaven Manor was very satisfactory and something I would have considered. The staff who gave me the tour was very thorough and very pleasant. The place seemed to be very nice, but I didn't care for the neighborhood. It was located near a factory, and there were a lot of apartment...

Parking lot lights are not working... completely for over a year. No effort to improve... No response...by management or maintenance... about parking lot lights...out... New windows leaking...etc Hall lights not working...

They have a poker room, pool table, and all sorts of stuff. I'm enjoying it very much. I love the way my apartment is set up. The outside and inside of my apartment are beautiful. It's very nice, very relaxing, comfy, and cozy.
