I''ve been a staff member at Rose Senior Living for more than 8 years, I''ve worked every shift in one capacity or another. When I started my profession at Rose, I was a caregiver with coaching and great work ethic I quickly became a Med Tech, Lead and now shift supervisor. This facility works diligently to provide a high level of care to the residents and staff. We have a very professional nursing staff that continues to challenge our care staff to champion for greatness. The women and men that make up our care staff are very compassionate, involved, vocal and studious when it comes to providing the best care possible to the residents that live there. Not only do we provide care to the residents, they provide us with so much more. Our residents show us love, honor and care just as much as we do for them. Rose provides a space for every staff member to foster a genuine relationship with our residents. If it were not for them, there would be no need for us. We are reminded of this daily when we receive thank yous from family members and residents, warm hugs and hand shakes. The administration promotes growth and have been very driven to create an atmosphere that produces work life balance. The administration has always fostered an open door policy and a family oriented environment. I''ve never been turned away when I needed them. I can honestly say that I wouldn''t have stayed as long as I have if Rose wasn''t the kind of community that it has always been. The facility promotes educational growth, by requiring constant training and staying abreast of the latest changes in elder care. Our administrators promote comradery and teamwork within the facility and each and every department. I''ve always felt a sense of family and community at Rose, I am excited for what the future holds and the continued tenderhearted care that Rose provides to staff, residents and family members.

Beautiful building! Everyone I met has been wonderful. Dee provides so many fun activities for the residents and always goes above and beyond. The food is delicious and the portions are very large.
