I had a family member in this facility, it''s horribly understaffed and the employees seem to have a lack of communication amongst eachother regarding the patient that they are treating. They assume things about the patient, such as I was told by a CNA that they thought my family member couldn''t communicate because they didn''t respond to things they said. But their patient wore two hearing aids and could not hear period without them so instead of asking someone or anyone, they just thought that was normal and okay. They assumed that the patient should apparently use their brief, instead of taking the less lazy route and actually helping get my loved one up to use the bathroom and when they did show up, it was always in an hourly manner. They always either were late for other care treatments or just never showed up. I even was having to feed my loved one half the time because they were too busy or the food would be cold when I walked in because they just dropped the food in the room like that was good enough and maybe they would come back to feed them later, maybe. Please consider carefully when using this facility, it looks pretty but that''s all it is and I know that some of the staff is friendly and trying, but clearly they are all over worked or under paid. If they can''t handle the size of the place, maybe they need to stop accepting patients and focus on the ones they have.

I had a family member stayed here before and now a family''s friend staying at the moment, I well remember the food was a lot better back when my Dad was staying here and a lot more presentable, this is one of the main reasons why I recommended this place, now it looks very institutional and taste like it was from a package. Seems like nursing is getting better though still room for improvement, though, room trays from the kitchen are issue that still hasn''t improve even from my first impression. I hope they fix this soon.
Read moreI wouldn’t take anyone to the place. The nurse to patient ratio is 20-1. Nice building the staff just doesn’t care. Stay away!
