I am choosing Rocky Mountain Care Landmark Assisted Living for my brother. It was the least expensive of the two options I had, and it had a higher percentage of men which I thought would be important for him. This used to be a hotel. It was a new hotel, but I guess it didn't do very well because it was only in operation for a very few years before it became this assisted living facility. The room and the bathroom were the sizes of a hotel as far as the dimensions go. Some were a little bit larger than others, but not appreciably so. It's pretty roomy, and I was happy with it. One room had a little refrigerator, but the other two I looked at didn't. It might just have been left by the previous occupant, but I did not see any other appliances. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very helpful, very friendly, attentive, and patient.
