My family member was there for short term physical rehab, she declined rapidly. They left her in a wheelchair most of the day. She didn''t get a shower for the first 13 days she was there, and they lied about brushing her teeth. They didn''t get her dressed during the day until a week after she got there. She was being yelled at in the evening and intimidated by some of the staff members. Staff tried to tell us that she was getting her cares, she just forgot. There was nothing wrong with her memory. Several times I would visit her the oxygen tubing would be hooked up but the machine was off, she was suppose to be on 1L all the time. She got injured by a staff member yanking on her arm. She was so afraid and depressed that I had to request certain staff not communicate with her. I filed complaints, but never heard the outcome. I WILL NEVER LET MY FAMILY GO TO THIS FACILITY AGAIN, YOU SHOULDN''T EITHER.
