DO NOT TAKE A LOVED ONE HERE! DO NOT LET THEM GET TRANSFERRED HERE THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! THE STAFF IS NOT QUALIFIED FOR ANYTHING. THEY WILL MAKE PROBLEMS WORSE. This place is awful. If you can avoid either being here or putting a loved one you actually care about here then I strongly encourage it. This place being known for their food is a joke. They fed my mom chicken nuggets and chips for lunch and then told her that was what was for dinner as well just today alone... So far my interactions with the staff are mixed. One young man at the front desk was very lovely and helpful today when I approached with a few questions. The first day I came to see my mom however the woman at the front desk spoke to me so incredibly rudely it was wild. Bare in mind, I hadn''t said anything other than "Hi, my mom is here and I have brought her a few things to make her more comfortable" and she cut me off in a way that was super surprising to both my partner and myself. She then proceeded to talk really slowly and intensly at me as though if she hadn''t I was going to be too stupid to understand her. I understand Healthcare is a hard profession to be in right now but this facility needs some more funding and some help. Run, don''t walk away from this place.
