My parents live at Riverview Terrace and are happy to receive the care they get from the staff. Lots of friendly residents too. Beautiful place to call home.

My mother is a resident here and the new CEO seems to be making changes only for the sake of making changes to quantify her salary. This ridiculous employee dress code that absolutely none of the residence remember and adds a financial liability to the facility to provide employee wardrobe. It also completely takes away an employees ability to express their personality through their own choices of a professional wardrobe. The same color scheme could have been affected by altering the employee name badges with a color bar on the bottom with job responsibilities, i.e.: blue bar = RN, purple bar = Med Tech, green bar = Administrative, etc. Also painting the main dining facility from warm, soothing earth tones to drab, institutional white and grey? What purpose did that serve other than wasting money to make something WORSE than it was to begin with and make it far less personable and inviting? The new CEO seems absolutely intent on bringing an impersonal Seattle sensibility to a family-based, small-town environment like Spokane. Send her packing back to the west-side where she clearly belongs.

On short notice everyone rallied to set my Mom up for a meeting with her lawyer. Provided a private room, wheelchair assist and a support witness. Thank you.
My mom is 93 and just moved in to Riverview in December. The staff are so kind and helpful. I am no longer worried about her safety. She is developing friendships, and getting better nutrition which has helped her general health. Riverview is definitely the place to be!
Riverview is the best facility we have seen. Folks have been there two years and have enjoyed every minute. Care has been excellent and has adapted to their changing needs.
