My grandma is there and keeps crying to us on the phone saying they won’t help her and it horrible there and she wants out of there. She has even asked us to call the police to help. She says they won’t allow anyone to use the phone. People have to ask for days before they finally let them make a call if at all. She wants to get up to walk and they won’t help her. There response was she is not there for rehab so she isn’t to walk and if she wants to walk she needs to get her own walker then.

Do NOT take your loved one''s hear. We choose this place for our mother to go thinking it was a good place and we were very wrong!!!! They don''t have enough staff to help feed your loved ones nor do they have the time an an aide and Nurse said. After demanding to do labs and a urine test cause our mom was going down hill after a week only there and her labs were off the charts and is now in kidney failure due to malnutrition and dehydration. She was emergency transfers to the ER and is in kidney failure. They best hope our mom makes it.😭
