I usually don''t take time to complain about anything, but this place is bad. My mother was a resident here for almost 3 months and in those 3 months she has been there she''s lost 60 pounds. When she arrived she weighed 164 in 90 days she was vomiting, not eating, and laying around. We didn''t receive a phone call or they weren''t worried enough to do anything about it. My mother never refused anything from them, the employees that work there are too busy on their phones, socializing, or doing just enough to get by. Most are just worried about their after work life, or they''re own personal wants than to worry about elderly at the job they get paid to be at. Majority of the employees are there to collect a paycheck. I was notified by a few she wasn''t eating but the state she was in was horrifying, she was extremely dehydrated, hasn''t eaten in days, weighed maybe 100 pounds with a skeletal body. I had to call an ambulance because these so called workers failed to do their jobs or can''t tell when someone is in bad shape. If my mother would have died there due to starvation, there would be a huge legal issue. I want to advise anyone, right now, don''t send your love ones here, they don''t care, most are there but don''t care. I don''t know how I kepted my cool, I wanted to explode with the TRASH that affiliates there as employees. Just don''t send anyone there unless you want them to suffer. That''s all

The office is terrible, and verbally attacked me.
I worked here for 4 years, close to it. Love my work family and my residents, I''ve recently moved out of state, and I miss everyone. The care we provide was great.

My mother passed away and was in here for a month. She was on her death bed with cancer, in pain moaning and groaning and they never gave her pain meds and would just place her food tray down and walk away like she’s going to be able to feed herself. You share rooms with a roommate and hers had the tv and a machine so loud it was very so ignorant. The people in the office were not very friendly either. The only good thing I can say is the doctor was excellent! Dr Malone was a great doctor

My uncle is currently in here. He is paralyzed from the neck down. We have seen things that''s not very good. Like we was there the can brought his try in and was asking him if he was hungry & if he wanted to try to eat. They didnt say ok let me feed him or anything. Then his call button is on the bed not where he can reach it at all. Then when you push the button it took them 30 mins to come and see what he needed. Then when we got there he was so thirsty. He cant move his arms to get a drink and the whole time we was there they came in one time to see if he needed anything. That shows ya he isnt getting hardly anything to drink. Being the shape he is in they need to come in and give him something to drink multiple times a day. How would they feel to be there and nothing to drink. I think people that works in this field they need to take things like this more seriously. I feel like if you cant walk around or talk they forget about you like your not even there. I dont recommend this place to my worst enemy.
