This place is disgusting, there were flies and gnats everywhere. It looked like the whole housekeeping team up and quit. The patients didn’t seem cared for. There were several patients laying on beds with no fitted sheets. The dining room was being used as a storage department. One of the nurses is really rude, and there seemed to be little to no help. I wouldn’t work here, and I definitely wouldn’t allow a loved one to be here. Please reconsider and look elsewhere, because this is just pure recklessness and unethical. It’s no way the state is allowing a facility like this to remain open.

Was racially profile. One of the white nurse up there (slim and hungry looking) don’t even remember her name saw me and because I was black assume I was an Aide, she said I looked like a CNA. So I asked her directly, why would you assume I am a CNA, and she was trying to defend her foolish remark that she just made, she blamed me. She said you should have said something. What! You could have asked?. What does a CNA look like? How does a CNA look? I am curious. I had on my blue scrubs, I had a stethoscope and my nursing kit, but no I resembled a CNA. I try to contact the DON but the DON brushed it off. More than likely they are friends or perhaps share thesame mindset. Just left this facility, the DON at this time is asking his staff to do what they do best, lie and make up statement. (One of the staff came up to me and said he wants me to lie. I can’t, I was not even here). There was an older lady up front she seem professional and courteous. She was there when I ask the nurse why she assume I was a CNA and she heard her response. If she is honest like she seem she will tell the truth. I got no apologies, she was trying to justify me looking like a CNA. Will be filing an official complain against this facility.

My friend was an occupant & I was so happy when her daughter moved her to a different facility. While there she was there she was ignored, moved to a different location without permission and in general disregarded. My friend is legally blind, very hard of hearing & in a wheel chair. Because she requires additional care & attention, I believe she was too much of a bother for most of her care givers & could easily be ignored. They just brushed her off. Her medications were messed up and requests unfulfilled. I wouldn''t let them look after my dog. attention & care
