Our managers here are very dedicated and always make sure everyone in the building is heard. It is always amazing to find employment that makes you happy to go to work and happy to interact with everyone there. If I needed a safe and loving place to trust leaving my loved one it would be here for certain.

In the memory care unit, I observed 2 wonderful staff members. Henry and Cindy and 1 other very pleasant lady who were doing a wonderful job with the patients, firm but very congenial and patient.
My friends mother Joann is a resident at Rittenhouse. They just gave her a little house warming gathering. The staff was very friendly and the food that Jacob made was delicious. Thank you all for putting it all together.
