I have a hard time getting around, and she helps me cook. I like that they are on time. I like they are very attentive to my needs.
They are a companion for my mom and easy to communicate with. They are easy to contact and accommodate when I have problems.
They were very accommodating. The caregivers made it very smooth and easy for me.
I'm fairly independent, but the lady that comes helps very willingly. They let me know if there is a scheduling change.
They could've had the same person show up on a regular basis. I would like their caregivers to be trained when they come in. It was my first experience with home care, and I did not want to have to keep changing caregivers.
They help out with the things my mother's need. The value of the care is good, and they are very attentive.
