Right at Home healthcare agency did a fantastic job while I was in the Bay Area for some medical treatment. I needed very specialized care in that I had to lay flat on my back while being driven to various medical appointments and back to my hotel. Gulraj the owner was able to find me a caregiver who was able to not only care for me but provide transportation so that I was able to lie completely flat. The caregiver Kenneth was timely, warm, caring, and competent. Gulraj was completely engaged with setting up my arrangements and making sure that everything went according to plan. When I needed medication picked up, even after hours, they were able to do this for me as an accommodation. I can't say enough about this company and caregiver. They were absolutely the best.
Read moreI couldn't do without her. Hulda helps me with my daily routine, and shopping, and takes me to my appointments. Hulda is outstanding, so I'm rating everything based on her. Also, they check in with me every once in a while to make sure everything is okay.
They have helped the most by being there for me. I like some of the people they provide and the way that the general manager keeps track of everything.
It has been a positive experience because she really likes that they take the time to match her with the caregivers that come out. I like that they operate the company in a professional manner.
I wasn't able to stand or walk, and someone was able to help feed me. They came to my home and interviewed me and ask me what I needed.
They've had one caregiver that has been understanding what's required. Consistency of having the same person here. I like that the owner takes personal pride in getting things right.
