Food is served cold 80 percent of the time
The staff have been very nice and accommodating and are taking care of my mother very well.
Ridgewood has the most thoughtful staff. Treating my mother in law with nothing but dignity and respect. I have great peace of mind knowing she is being taken care with such love and understanding

Not too long thereafter, I found myself in need of care for her. There were wonderful people that had helped her get there. I couldn''t believe it. She is so happy there. When she found out she was going there she was so excited! I thought oh my God how did this happen? When did my mom get to a point where she needed a nursing home? But, it''s the circle of life right? All of the Ridgewood staff have been wonderful to her. It''s not always easy as she has dementia but they have done their best. When covid hit I was scared to death. But, they were the first facility in the state of New Hampshire to shut down. It made me sad that I couldn''t see my mom for over a year but I know that they did the right thing because the outcome could have been way worse if they didn''t do what they did! I am truly grateful to them for what they have done for my mom and for what they continue to do. Couldn''t be more thankful for all of them! I know it''s not always easy, but if this is the field that you have chosen to work in, it''s always worth it! There is nowhere on earth that she would rather be.
