Terrible lack of communication and extremely high turnover. I was getting ready to place camera in my mom''s room just prior to her passing there.
We picked because the price was in my dads range and a bigger apartment for that price . The experience was good. I would recommend to others.
I would rate 5 stars for all! What sticks out the most about them is that everyone there truly cares. That is the reason that we chose Ridgeland Place initially over other places that we looked at. I would recommend Ridgeland Place to others looking.
Of the five facilities I looked at before I decided on Ridgeland Place, this was the best value and the facility I was most comfortable with. The staff is great and attentive, and communication is always maintained.

I picked this community, because I did not like the previous place where I lived. I feel safe here, because it’s enclosed. I would recommend to other families. They go all out for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
